One-to-One Yoga Therapy

Individual care for your specific needs

A one-to-one yoga therapy session can be just one session, a series of sessions or on-going sessions depending on the needs of the client.

The first session includes an assessment as well as recommended beginning practices. A client will complete a Client Information Form and submit this to the therapist prior to the session or bring it with them to the session. The client and therapist discuss the information on the form.

It is important to note, a yoga therapist does not diagnose health issues, but based on the information on the form and the discussion, the therapist can choose a series of movements, breathing practices and relaxation and/or meditation techniques for the client.

Cost for One-to-One Yoga Therapy

One Session: $100 per one hour session
Package of 6 Sessions: $85 per one hour session

Cancellation Policy

  • Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for your session.
  • All cancellations without 24 hour notice will be charged the full fee.
  • We understand that some circumstances are extenuating and will waive this fee on a case by case basis.
  • It the therapist needs to cancel a session due to weather or some other unforeseeable circumstance you will be notified of the cancellation by phone, text or email.

I started taking private yoga lessons with Nancy to work on my anxiety and stress. After every session I felt better and better. Yoga therapy gives you the tools to control how to react to stressful situations and how to let it go… how to slow your mind and balance your energy levels.
Nancy takes the time and cares about you, she loves to help people by using her knowledge and skills. It was amazing how I was able to feel much better after each therapy session and I was able to get rid of the traditional medicines.

My journey with Nancy began with a recommendation from my neuropsychologist for memory recall. When I started I thought yoga was just a series of exercises but I quickly learned that it is so much more. The deep breathing, relaxation, gentle poses and so much more began to not only help my memory but give me multiple gains physically. I came in barely lifting my right leg and now it is back to normal function! My favorite time is the relaxation at the end and I always leave feeling better than when I came.

Nancy came recommended by a doctor who thought Nancy could help my autistic son deal with his anger issues.
