One-to-One Yoga Therapy
A one-to-one yoga therapy session can be just one session, a series of sessions or on-going sessions depending on the needs of the client.
How a one-to-one yoga therapy session works
The first session includes an assessment as well as recommended beginning practices. A client will complete a Client Information Form and submit this to the therapist prior to the session or bring it with them to the session.
The client and therapist discuss the information on the form.
A yoga therapist does not diagnose health issues.
Based on the information on the form and the discussion, the therapist chooses a series of movements, breathing practices and relaxation and/or meditation techniques for the client.
Cost for One-to-One Yoga Therapy
One Session: $110 per one hour session
Package of 6 Sessions: $85 per one hour session
